We are looking for leaders who wish to join the Shirejam Listening Ear team. This is a pastoral service for members to speak to qualified leaders for advice on pastoral or mental health issues. Persons joining the team must have a mental health first aid qualification or higher equivalent. The main base for this service will be in the Hub. However, we would like leaders on the campsite as part of this team to be available as they walk around the site.

You will be recognizable by wearing a listening Ear kneckerchief, provided to you free of charge.

Young people and members may approach and ask for advice or just want a chat. We will have a briefing with the team virtually / telephone prior to the weekend.

Please register on the link below if you wish to join this team and we will be in touch 🙂
