If you are part of the Shirejam crew, there is a two part registration. Firstly, you need to go to:


… and complete your checkin with the shirejam admin site. This holds your emergency contact information. A Shirejam site contact will upload your email to the system, so you will need to create an account with that email used.

When you log in for the first time the system will assign your booking to your account by linking email addresses. You then need to complete the registration. If you have a number of people attached to this email address these will all appear.

Then, secondly if you require catering you need to complete and pay for the food options. Any leader, contractor or Unit 81 member can opt in for this. Note if you are coming with Unit 81 this is the only option available for food for the weekend. You are more than welcome to self cater provided you follow the Scouts Nights Away guidance and only cook on gas stoves which have been signed off by the event organisers.
