As Programme Chief, it is my responsibility to bring my team together to produce and deliver an amazing, balanced, cost-effective, dazzling, and exceptional programme of activities and experiences for all the young people from age 4 to 25 that will be in attendance for across the different counties.  In addition to giving the leaders and helpers an opportunity to participate in the programme as well.

My usual Scouting role is in Bromsgrove where I am a Group Scout Leader for 1st Lickey Scout Group. I am also the Events Coordinator for the Queen's Scout Working Party and the Queen's Scout Award Coordinator for Scouts Hereford and Worcester.

I am looking forward to bringing the event to fruition and improving upon the programme that my team and I put together for Shirejam 2019.
