- The site is on the Three Counties Showground. The site will be managed by a dedicated team of volunteers and professionals.
- Site services are responsible for all the hardware on site, traffic, security, toilets, communication delivery. A full camp will be avaiable.
- There will be a central service based out of the Severn Hall. Communication and First Aid will be based from here.
- There will be a provider for First Aid during the weekend.
- There will be enough toilets around the site in both camping and programme areas to cope with the amount of Scouts attending.
- There will be a bespoke travel and traffic plan in place and districts will be advised nearer the time.
- We will be employing a company for site security who will also patrol the site and we will have gate guards at access points into the site.
- Only authorised persons will be allowed on site and a strict booking in and out policy will be in place. We will be using wristbands.
- All activities, the site, and processes are fully risk assessed and will comply with Scout Organisation, Policy and rules. These will be published on the Shirejam site 3 months before the event for all to see.
